The Lyons Solar 'Farm' discussion begins around the thirty-five minute mark in Richmond Township's video. I downloaded the township video and processed the audio so it is intelligible. The Board of Supervisors, the Township Engineer along with other people discuss the effects of 10 inches of rain falling on the construction site. They are upset the solar company went to work the day after the heavy rainfall.
