Water in space behaves differently than on Earth because of the lack of gravity. It tends to form spherical blobs that stick to surfaces or float around. Surface tension and capillary flow can be used to move water in more efficient ways, such as in fuel tanks for space travel. You can watch some videos of water in space here:
