TIME BANDITS (1981)

Kevin (Craig Warnock) flees his technology-obsessed parents in Terry Gilliam's amazing journey across time and space to join a group of time travelers. They steal wealth from Napoleon (Ian Holm) and Agamemnon (Sean Connery) while using a map that was taken from the Supreme Being (Ralph Richardson), but the Evil Genius (David Warner) is keeping an eye on them at all times. Time Bandits is a joyous fairy tale, a revisionist history lesson, and a parody of technology gone wrong, with a scenario written by Terry Gilliam and his Monty Python colleague Michael Palin (who also stars in the movie).
