Under ground facility for cannibals

Is this footage is of an under ground facility for cannibals, as can be seen at 2.50 m.
These greys have large eyes to see in the dark , moulded skulls to take the artificially grown brain, acquired through eating the fruit of knowledge AKA head hunting.
And @ 2.56 on top of the head the prey, 'human' who looks like he is drunk on the blood.
Cannibals didn't eat monkeys as they have no expanded brain and are of no use, only other cannibals are prey..
And so this break away civilisation underground, hunt the nearest to them, humans.
Did we create a relationship with these beings? Offering our first born etc.
Do we mimic these advanced race of cannibals?
