Jalopnik Thinks Red States Should Eat Loss of Fuel Tax Revenue, Silent on Blue States Taxing EVs

The people over at Jalopnik are actually trying to push the fallacy that red state levying EV specific taxes on them during registration is in retaliation to their targeting gas powered vehicles. This is when blue states were the first ones to do this very thing well before any red one even considered it. The reason for it too, is because they need to make up for the loss of revenue with not getting the fuel tax from electric vehicles which is turn used to fund road maintenance and upgrades.
