𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘:

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
(𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻)
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp (As Taste)
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Tikka Masala 1/2 tbsp
- Chicken 1 Kg
- Cooking Oil 3 tbsp
(𝗕𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲)
- Star Anise 1-2 no
- Clove 3-4 nos
- Bay Leaves 2-3 nos
- Cinnamon Stick 1-2 nos
- Rice 750 g
- Salt 1 tsp (As taste)
- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
(𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮)
- Cooking Oil 1 Cup
- Onion 3 medium size
- Black Cardamom 1 no
- Star Anise 1-2 no
- Clove 3-4 nos
- Bay Leaves 2-3 nos
- Cinnamon Stick 1-2 nos
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2 medium size
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp (As taste)
- Biryani Masala 3 tbsp
- Green Chili 3-4 nos
- Tamarind Paste 2-3 tsp
- Potatoes 2 medium size (Optional)
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Fresh Mint Leaves

𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

(𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻)
- Take a mixing bowl and add Yogurt, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Chaat Masala, Kashmiri Red Chili, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Tikka Masala then mix them well.
- Then add chicken pieces in the mixture and marinate for 2 hours or overnight for good taste.
- Then take cooking oil in frying pan and fry chicken pieces around 10 minutes until water its dry.
- Then add ready charcoal in chicken pan, add some oil on it and cover cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame to have BBQ taste.

(𝗕𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲)
- Take a rice pot and boil water then add Star Anise, Clove, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Stick and Cook for 1 minute.
- Then add soaked rice, salt and cooking oil in boiling water and cook them for 5-6 minutes.

(𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮)
- Take a cooking oil in the frying pan and add sliced onion. Cook them until 2-3 minutes.
- Then add Black Cardamom, Star Anise, Clove, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Stick and Ginger Garlic Paste. Then mix and for cook 1-2 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes then mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- For Spices take small mixing bowl, add Yogurt, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper, Salt and Biryani Masala, then mix them well. Then add spices mixture in the frying pan, also add Green Chili. Then mix and cook 3-4 minutes until spices are fully cooked.
- Then add Tamarind Paste and half boiled potatoes (if you like). And then mix and cook for 2 minutes. Also add some fresh coriander leaves for taste.

(𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴)
- For assembling take a rice pot and add layer of boiled rice, then add gravy masala over them. Then again boiled rice layer & gravy masala. Add chicken tikka pieces in between the layers.
- Add some fresh coriander & mint leaves on the top layer and cover cook for 6-8 minutes.
