Her stunning mansion, located in Encino, is jam-packed with wellness features and was custom-built by the late singer-songwriter Tom Petty. Selena’s LA estate sits on nearly an acre of land on a secluded street, and boasts stunning features like a recording studio, a swimming pool out back and a bunch more. Along with her charity work, around the same time she moved in here, Selena was also executive producing and starring in the Emmy-nominated comedy series, Only Murders in the Building and keeping busy with other projects too.
