Catherine Jordan, a firearms examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation gave testimony that she performed several tests on the gun, magazine, and live rounds in evidence that belonged to Roger Lee Baker, Sr., the father of Roger Lee Baker, Jr. She would indicate that it was his weapon and live rounds she used but her reports would indicate that she used a different gun. She fabricated dates and performed some of those tests after the conclusion of the trial. This evidence was not presented at trial and no bullets were ever found. A conversation record showed she conspired with state prosecutor Mark Post of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit in Georgia and altered those dates to make it appear that she had already performed them. She also perjured herself on that she said she performed these tests with three live rounds from the magazine but we will show you that her tests would actually show she used six live rounds she said were the three that were in evidence, thereby also destroying evidence as well as indicating that the bullets were full metal jacket when her own tests show they were hollow point as Roger Lee Baker, Jr has maintained since 2007.
