Breaking 2 in. by 2 in. by 8 ft. Lumber On Left Forearm

Hi, my name is Noel Bray.

After doing enough body hardening training and other training that I thought would prepare my body to handle breaking lumber over different parts of my, I decided to have my brother Johnathan try to break a 2 inch by 2 inch by 8 foot lumber over my left forearm.
