Judge suggests Elon Musk withheld Twitter data to ‘cozy up’ to Trump

Special counsel Jack Smith obtained access to a trove of Trump’s Twitter data—including his direct messages and drafted tweets. But this did not come without what a federal judge called “extraordinary” efforts to delay by Elon Musk
