Green stranger on a rose

I don't know what this insect is called. Looks like Mantis. But it's not Mantis. Immediately after watering, this green stranger climbed onto a rose flower and became something to eat there. Maybe the flower could be the insects that lived in the flower. I did not kill this insect. Autumn will kill it.
