Country house

This house was built from blocks that are made from slag. Date of construction 1952. Then the price of building this house was about $400. I bought this house in 2010 for $5,000 I invested another $5,000 to renovate the house. Water pipes and electric wires were replaced, the foundation was strengthened, the yard was concreted, new windows were inserted. The house has been renovated. The walls are insulated with Izover. The walls are also lined with plasterboard. The house has a modern gas heating system (convectors). I just need to make a roof. The roof is very old.
