Right now Law enforcements and emergency crews are on the scene after a Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent lost their life due to an inadvertent shooting by another agent. The incident occurred during a routine training exercise at the Federal Correctional Institution. Authorities said the agent was immediately taken to the hospital to be treated for the injury.
