Friendly Nassau grouper loves to be pet by diver

Gary the Nassau grouper lives on the Bloody Bay Wall in Little Cayman and comes running whenever he sees a diver. He certainly looks like he craves attention and will not let you be without showing him some love.
Out of all the grouper, the Nassau variety are the least shy and will readily approach divers. However, since they are a favorite in both sports and commercial fishing, the Nassau grouper is labeled as endangered on the endangered species list!
Gary here will reach the weight of approximately 55 pounds and will be 3 feet in length when he is full-grown. Give Gary love by sharing this video!
