The War Powers Resolution Act, the VERY Act where the President and Congress declares war, the latest, most recent amended Section is 1550, dated December 20, 2019, the Memo under it is from July 19, 2021, via "Joe Biden" delegating THE authority and functions vested in THE President from Section 1550 on the use of military force and support of partner forces to the Congress.

Now just why in the hell would Joe Biden delegate / tell the Secretary of Defense to obey Donald Trump's order via the use of military force and support of partner forces to the Congress?

The Secretary of Defense is directly under the Commander-in-Chief... now read that paragraph above again and tell me who the Secretary of Defense is listening to.

Military works on a top to bottom Chain of Command with Laws and Orders.

Now pause this video and read all of the commands, units, and positions. Majority of people have NO IDEA how complex the Military is much less know what simple Legislation says.

Just because one cannot 'see' it doesn't mean 'nothin' is happening. One must know the terminology and structures before one can recognize their actions.
