Maui’s Emergency Operations Chief Herman Andaya has NO REGRETS about NOT using the Sirens

Notice the guy at the back who obviously doesn't like the reporter pointing out the OBVIOUS where he cuts in to stop the reporter.
Then at the @38 second mark the Hawaiian Governor Josh Green looks up at that man and gives him a nice affectionate pat on the back for shutting down that reporter.

Why are the stupidest people all in Government and all seem to be on the LEFT? I guess Hawaii voted for this as a Democrat state.
