Crazy speeding van nearly crashes into car and bicycle while running a red light

Heading North on a turnpike in Connecticut. Cammer was behind the white van for a couple of miles and noticed his erratic driving behavior before this happened. With no attempt at slowing down, the van decides to swerve nearly crashing into a car stopped at the light and then nearly runs into a bicycle rider in the process. Major catastrophe averted...for now.
