Progressive accused of ’illegal racial discrimination’ in federal class-action lawsuit

America First Legal filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Progressive Insurance Thursday for alleged “illegal racial discrimination,” Amanda Head reports. Progressive offered $25,000 grants to black-owned small businesses, excluding people of other races from applying.
