In a subsequent update at 3:20 p.m., officials confirmed that a suspect has been apprehended, and the situation is no longer considered an active shooter scenario. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department later provided additional details, revealing that the suspect voluntarily surrendered at their headquarters.

The incident, which occurred around 2:45 p.m., prompted a significant police presence in the vicinity of the 3900 block of South Jones Boulevard.
