Irish Minister defends funding activist NGOs

Irish Public Expenditure Minister Paschal Donohoe says he "sees no evidence" that the public oppose hate speech laws. He says taxpayers are happy to fund NGOs that campaign for hate speech laws, as it's "a price worth paying" to have "healthy debate in a democracy."
