Fulton County 2020 Election Missing Ballots

All election records are supposed to be retained. The Secretary of State said it is ok to overwrite the data cards resulting in the loss of 1,700,000 ballots.
There were a lot of impediments to investigating the election.
Brad Raffensperger confirmed on the Today show that there are 4.7 million voters in the 2020 election. The final count had 4.998 million votes.
Fulton county was missing 374000 ballots images from the original Nov 3, 2020 count. Fulton County alone was uncertifiable. If Fulton County could not be certified then GA should not have been certified. Trump had the right to object to the election.
The courts slowly walked the cases but by law if an election case is supposed to be docketed immediately.

The unsigned tapes also had duplicated serial numbers. Each early voting tabulator should have been closed out for audit purposes. All 148 early voting tabulators were closed out using 12 other tabulators.
Raffesnperger changed election law just months before the 2020 election without authority. Everything that was done should have been a legislative change.
