This was recorded on my old $300 Dean instead of my $3000 Alvarez because it's what I wrote in on back then.
I wrote this song about 20 years ago and had been thinking about redoing it. After seeing Sound of Freedom and how it rocked my world, it confirmed for me to put it out there. No child should ever feel scared or unloved. This song can be looked at from different perspectives, a parent or grandparent to a child or a man to a woman or God to us. We all want a shoulder to lean on.
