Asher, 6, dreams of Disney World | Wish Wednesday

For the month of August, Denver7 wants to share special Wish Wednesday shoutouts from Wish Heroes. This week, Sill-TerHar Motors sent a special message to Asher, 6, who's battling Leukemia. The local company reiterated Asher's family slogan: Asher is sly like a fox and brave like a lion. Asher's family says his love of those two animals has helped him find strength when his chemo days are hard and his inpatient hospital stays are long. Although life can be hard, Asher's family says he is a great example of someone who finds joy even in the darkest places.
