Of course, what he politely doesn't mention is this whole issue about 'help'. No one ever 'helped' India, like no one is ever going to 'help' Ukraine. India has things for sale, people want to buy those things. No one is 'helping' India in doing that. It's called 'trade', not 'charity'.
