"Embracing the Present: Letting Go of Worries and Seizing Today"
It's sometimes useful to remind ourselves that excessive worrying should be avoided, pushing us to live in the present moment. Life has been given to us to be experienced in the present rather than put off until tomorrow. Despite my earlier concerns, I've discovered that they weren't useful; rather, they increased tension and negatively impacted both my physical and emotional well-being. To share a technique I do every morning that I hope may help you, it entails immersing oneself in the present moment and letting go of worries about the past or the future.
