Gina Gleason is the Director of Real Impact, a Calvary Chapel Chino Hills ministry. The mission of Real Impact is to educate, equip, and empower Christians to influence culture as they view it through the lens of Scripture. The ministry's reach has impacted churches and Christians nationwide, encouraging them to examine current cultural trends through the lens of Scripture.

Real Impact has developed guidelines for churches as they navigate the various activities they can legally do within the church setting, such as holding voter registration drives, producing legislative action alerts, creating local voter guides, and gathering signatures for state initiatives. Additionally, Gina has written procedures that churches can implement to collect vote-by-mail ballots before an election legally.

Through Gina's work, Real Impact has built a network of churches that share a biblical worldview. She emphasizes each church's importance in customizing its ministry efforts to align with its church culture. Resources, ideas, suggestions, training webinars, and more are offered for free. Gina is thrilled that churches are now better equipped to monitor societal issues that impact faith, family, and religious freedom.

Gina and her husband, John, have been blessed with three children and six grandchildren and have enjoyed over 49 years of marriage.
