Parents, students have mixed feelings about University of Cincinnati campus safety as move-in begins

As students move into the University of Cincinnati's residence halls for the new school year, both parents and the students themselves are having mixed feelings about the campus' safety. In fact, incidents in the school's surrounding neighborhoods are up compared to this time last year.
