The white Buick that's against the curb in oncoming traffic had shown up there. The guy when he ended up in oncoming traffic got out tried to push the car and sat down a few times after noticing he couldn't move his vehicle he stopped. The subaru pulled up in front of him with it's flashers on got out to speak with the first driver while they were on the phone. After 20 mins the police showed up.
