dEATs (for two✌️):
- 200 ml unsweetened almond drink (or just enough to get the blender going)
- 60 g vanilla protein/nutrition powder
- 4 chopped and frozen very ripe bananas
- 100 g chopped and frozen mango
- 100 g frozen wild blueberries
- 2 dates
- 3 tsp pink pitaya powder
Mix in a high speed blender just until smooth ( use a tamper/stick to push the ingredients towards the blades) and serve in a bowl and top it up with whatever makes your soul happy.🌸🍓
