Two Payson police officers go above and beyond to save a life

The video starts as Payson Officer Lucas Barr pulls up to the blazing mobile home on April 24.

As the windshield frames the flames, Barr parks in front of the blaze on East Eckles Street and calls in his arrival to dispatch before jumping out and rushing towards the burning house.
