Today we'll be re creating Ursula from Walt Disney's animated classic The Little Mermaid.

loose setting powder
Mehron Paradise Aqua - Purple
Mehron Paradise Aqua - Brilliant Bleu Bebe
Mehron Paradise Aqua - White
Ben Nye Final seal or Mehron barrier spray is a MUST anytime you are using body paint for all night/day wear.
Black mascara (any)
Black liquid liner (any)
Black pencil (any)
Gold eye shadow for sheen (any)
Purple eyeshadow for contour (any)

Polyfil (10lbs) - $35.28 / amazon ( I used all of it )
Fleece, between blankets I purchased and material at the fabric store around $41.00.
Felt - $2.00

Total = around $122.00 for everything

I already had the corset, tights, shoes, eel material was an old, green pair of leggings I had. I had the ribbon for the necklace and all the body paint, spray paint and spray glitter.
