ROOT Chakra 22min Singing Bowls Healing Meditation

Welcome to our seventh video in the Chakra Series.

We move to the Root Chakra. This chakra is located at the base of your spine.
Take a minute and allow the sounds of the singing bowls calm your mind. As you follow the tones allow your mind to relax, take three deep breathes in and slowly three out. Focus on a Red orb spinning like a top

If you have been following this series then your journey has taken you from the crown charka down to root chakra. The root chakra is about being balanced, grounded and sure-footed.
Turn your focus inward and imagine a cord starting at the base of your spine extending down past the earth's surface, to the center and core. On your next breathe out, release all that no longer serves you. Let go of fears, doubts, anything holding you back. Allow the energy to melt down that same cord.
When you are finished, unhook that cord and watch it drop. You should feel lighter, calmer and more stable. You are now grounded.
This energy has fulfilled it's purpose in our lives. Allow the energy to be fully released. We are now healed and can be open to new energy.

You are now finished with the healing series and ready to start your new journey.
