Eating an Everything Bagel.with Jalapeno and hardened cheddar while drinking a Foster's Ale

This is the ONLY type of bagel I buy and eat lukewarm with nothing on it and the only bagel i will pair with a beer like a pretzel. You don't need to toast it or have cream cheese on it. The encrustedness of the hardened cheddar and the peppers keeps a good seal around it so it feels smooth and not hard when you bite on it.
