I feel truly blessed to finally be releasing this song which it actually only took me 10 minutes at the keyboard to create this single. The process of getting a studio session time then my distributor sends it out takes time plus I wanted to wait so after my show on August 5th whn i officially premiere this song then i could announce it will be out in online stores the next day. I was thinking of making it into a full album and soon i will but i wanted to release it as a single so it gets the love i think i deserves i hope you think so too. This song means a lot me as i wrote the chorus back when I was in high school in 2017 and then i forgot about it and finally God sent me this song again in my head one day and I sat down and created the whole thing.
When I wrote “Lighthouse” & “Times R Tough”, I was praying out loud through song and they turned out sounding pretty good. Both songs have pretty much the same message to them, which is: “Even when the times are tough; Look to Jesus because He is our way, our truth, & our Light. He will guide us Home.”
