Nicole Tsai of the New Federal State of China says a more than 40-year-old collaborative science and technology program between the United States and China is scheduled to expire Aug. 27. GOP members of Congress have asked the Biden administration to scrap it. Tsai says U.S. technology is helping the Chinese Communist Party's army and navy.
