Kansas newspaper publisher planning lawsuit after police raid

The publisher of a Kansas newspaper said he is planning to file a federal lawsuit after the local police department raided the publication's office and his home. Police said the paper obtained certain information illegally, which the publisher strongly denies. Elaine Quijano has the latest.
