In this video we’ll help you learn how to hit your target reliably on the first shot.

When you’re target shooting, the idea is to slowly and carefully hit the bulls-eye.
In defensive shooting, the idea is to quickly hit anywhere inside this center-of-mass circle.
This is one of the most basic defensive firearms skills.
You’ll use it every time you shoot your gun.

When practicing this skill, you’re training your hands and eyes to work together to acquire the target.
Your objective is to build muscle memory for getting on-target quickly in all types of situations.
