Petrol station inferno kills dozens in Russia – Global 360

A blast at a gas station in southern Russia has resulted in the death of over 35 individuals and numerous injuries.

The event took place in Makhachkala, the capital of the Dagestan region, situated on the Caspian Sea shoreline, at 9:40 PM local time (6:40 PM GMT) on Monday.

Images displayed a significant fire illuminating the dark sky and multiple fire trucks present at the site.

Reports from local media suggest that the fire originated from a vehicle repair facility adjacent to the gas station.
