PHILADELPHIA POLICE: 7 ELEVEN BURGLARY PATTERN 1190

On August 13, 2023, at 2:05 am an unknown black male broke the front window of the 7-Eleven located at 1190 E Luzerne St, reached in and took 30 packs of cigarettes. The same suspect returned to the location on August 14, 2023, at 1:45AM, and removed the plywood covering the broken window from the previous burglary and again reaching in and taking merchandise.
