Florida Mountain Biker Airlifted to Safety After Suffering Broken Leg

A helicopter from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office airlifted a mountain biker to safety after he broke his leg on a trail in Florida on Saturday. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue initially responded to an emergency call and stabilized the man but found the trail too treacherous to transport him down, calling on the helicopter to transport him from the area.
