The moment a Russian gas station explodes

A fire and subsequent explosion at a gas station in the southern Russian region of Dagestan late on Monday (August 14) killed at least 35 people including three children, Russia's emergencies ministry said on Tuesday (August 15). Reuters was able to locate the video from signage, structures and utility poles matching to file images. Officials said the fire started at an auto repair shop on the roadside of a highway in Makhachkala.
