Residents of Kuwait noticed this street cat on concrete blocks. By his indifferent and sad expression of his muzzle, it was felt that this fluffy really needs love. People reported him to the local shelter Kuwait Animal Aid, and a volunteer named Alina Lazareva took over the cat.
