Georgia D.A. press briefing on Trump racketeering indictment - Aug. 14, 2023

In a very political, lawless and silly 97-page indictment, #Trump and 18 others are being charged for racketeering under #RICO because 2 or more of them (at any one time) had discussed investigating #ElectionFraud and how they might remedy the fraud, which the State of #Georgia maintains was a "conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election". All 19 have to turn themselves into the #FultonCounty courthouse by noon on Friday, August 25 to be arraigned and mugshot. The D.A. (#FaniWillis) wants a trial within the next 6 months and says she will try all 19 together.
