Michael Oher, the subject of the hit 2009 film "The Blind Side" is suing his "adoptive" family, the Tuohy's, for falsely locking him into a conservatorship and never actually adopting him.

Sean and Leigh-Anne Tuohy have been alleged by Oher to have massively profited off the feature film and the book based on his life story.

It's a wild story that could very easily be true, false or an exaggeration. The truth will eventually come out and it likely lies in the middle.
