We know the Moon contains water, but, could future Aeronauts access and make use of it? That's the goal. At NASA we actively trying to answer this question. Once it lands the luner south pole, our PRIME-1, polar resources Ice mining experiments-1 -- will roboticlly sample and analyze Ice from beneath the luner surface, contributing to our search for water on the moon:
