The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is facing global irrelevance, alongside a massive blow to its economy. This has to do with semiconductors—computer chips. Without modern generation chips, the CCP falls generations behind the rest of the world. And without the chips, the CCP’s ambitions to build a high-tech economy will come crashing down.

In other news, former President Donald Trump may face another round of criminal charges this week. A grand jury in Georgia is now expected to bring charges against him.

Meanwhile, the anti-woke boycotts are coming for another company. This time it’s Skittles. The company has a partnership with the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, and caused controversy by rolling out a new package with all-gray Skittles, and the text “Black Trans Lives Matter.”
