The Right Way For Street Preachers To Handle Police Officers

The King James Bible teaches that Law Enforcement Officers are "ministers of God". Their job is to enforce the law, and protect the innocent. How should a man preaching on the street handle a Police Officer, when that Officer is called by the lost to stop the preacher from rebuking their sin?
Romans 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
