Days from my period and still looking snatched af
I used to be that girl who had to spend the first 24 hours of more of her period in bed because it was literally too painful to even move.
Combine that with major fatigue, nausea and severe vomiting and cramps that sometimes even pain meds didn’t touch…it was definitely the worst of times.
I would also go through miserable PMS symptoms the week before too. Hormonal breakouts, moodiness, all the crying, sore breasts, bloating, and headaches. NOT ANYMORE THOUGH.
I know a painful period seems like something you just have to “deal with” but you actually don’t. You can absolutely manage your pain and even get to the point where your period is hardly noticeable anymore.
