You Have To Be Consistent!

You can’t only train sometimes.

Every day you must wake up and work towards that goal.

Whether it be in fitness or anything else, the most important elements are to stay consistent and to not quit.

Rest Days ruin consistency and encourage quitting.

I avoid them at all costs.

The few times I have taken Rest Days.

I felt horrible the whole day as if something was missing.

It’s the same feeling you get when you skip a meal.

This encourages you to do that habit every day.

This will lead to you achieving your goals.
