8/11/2023 During the dry season, the Hebei Water Resources Department withholds water from the people, while in the rainy season, releasing water leads to widespread flooding. The Chinese Lao Baixing have had enough, condemning Xi Jinping and the local authorities as inhumane! This once again confirms that it was the deliberate release of floodwaters, not heavy rainfall, that led to this flood disaster!
